You disliked check-in, however arrived 3 hours early with no notification. You disliked communication but we promptly replied to every comment and then had to wait hours to get a response, if any was given. You disliked Cleanliness and the trash was the only issue and was handled in 24 hrs. This has nothing to do with the cleanliness of the inside of the house. Trash had not been picked up by Southern Sanitation (scheduled pickup day is Wednesday). You sent a message at 6:47pm 6/17/25 stating trash was overflowing, and we had another person from Hinton come and remove the trash at 6pm 6/18/25 after contacting SS multiple times to have it picked up. We shared call log showing these attempts.
