“The property is very well located overlooking the Pisa Tower. This does make it noisy outside but that’s the price you pay. The accommodation was very nicely decorated and comfortable. The safe was broken. When we arrived with our luggage there was nobody there to check us in. Even though the Hotels.com email said check-in was 2pm, there was a separate instruction saying we had to contact the property 24 hours before to arrange a time. An email beforehand would have been very helpful.”

“Recently stayed with my son, the man on reception helped us so much, cannot thank him enough! Even calling us a taxi when we had no clue where we were to bring us to the hotel. We felt safe here, apartment was clean and tidy. Good dinning options just a short walk away and a supermarket. ”

“The property is convenient for visiting Pisa city centre and the tower. The staff at the property were very friendly. The property was clean and so was the pool and pool area. The pool is great, although it does close at 7pm which is typical for Italy, although if you’ve been visiting the city during the day, longer pool opening would be advantageous. The problem with this place is that there’s literally nothing there, there’s a restaurant in the evenings, which I have to say is brilliant.……
