“The property is beautiful with everything you need at your fingertips. The house is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Fishing was great right from the docks and the boat launch was within view and easy to access. We will definitely return to Fish and Frolic Holiday!”

“The house was pretty. The kitchen renovation was very nice. The space was perfect for our group. We were there for a conference aNd weren’t at the home a lot but it has plenty of sleeping space. The house was not clean upon our arrival. The bathrooms were dirty, there was a broken window in the master bedroom that my husband tried to fix to keep closed. There was a vape left in one of the beds. None of the sheets were clean except the master bedroom. There was dog hair it looked like in clumps……

“The cabin is nice, secluded spot but close to Chattanooga, Cloudland Canyon, golf and more. We loved having the hammock, gas bbq grill, fire pit and hot tub during our downtime at the cabin. There’s a few grocery stores nearby too if you need anything. Cabin has the basics but I would bring anything specific you might need. We brought our own coffee, olive oil, specific seasonings and plastic wrap. Bathroom is a decent size with closed off toilet so it was okay to share but it is just one.……

“Well maintained, and elevated style made this stay one to return too! The kids fished blue gill, bass, sunfish in stocked pond. Caught bait in the creek. Spacious bedrooms with upscale linens. We took full advantage of the hot tub and long naps in the swinging porch bed. The kitchen was well stocked for many meals cooked at home. Loved all the windows and listening to the creek. Lots of hot water! With 7 people we never had a cold shower. If you have a dog, they had a crate,dog bowls and……

“We had a great time overall at this property. The house was clean except for a couple things. The porch and hottub area didn't have clean cushions so you didn't want to sit on some of the outdoor furniture. They tell you about the fishing but no poles to use. The ownee said they had some broken one's but we didnt see anything for fishing. The kayaks were not in the broken rack so they were full of water on the ground. ”
