“Die Wohnung war angenehm.Die Küche altmodisch mit Vorhängen statt Türen.Es war aber alles vorhanden ,vom Geschirrspüler bis zum Föhn. Das Pool sah im Prospekt sehr exklusiv aus ,war aber leider nicht im Betrieb. Die Brause war groß ,aber es roch aus dem Abfluss. Constantino war sehr nett und bemüht.”

“The apartment is small but fully functional - perfect for a couple getting away for a few days! The shower was exceptionally nice. It felt like the apartment had just been refurbished, with a new stove, bathroom, and TV. The stairs leading to the apartment are VERY steep - if you have mobility issues or balance trouble it would be very difficult for you to get into this apartment. Sperlonga itself is gorgeous, I love that we were staying in Old Sperlonga, so we could really see the history and……

“Wir haben unseren 11-Tages-Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen. Pamela ist eine sehr sympathische Person und auch Herr Romeo ist ein toller Gastgeber. Das Haus ist einfach wunderschön und der erste Eindruck war "wow". Den grünen Garten und Pool haben wir auch ausgiebig genutzt. (wird täglich am Morgen gereinigt). Die Lage des Hauses ist gut gelegen und man erreicht die nötigen Läden / Supermercato, Restaurants in kurzer Distanz (Fahrrad oder Auto). Auch das schöne Hafen-Städtchen Terracina ist……

“We loved our stay. Giancarlo gave us very good support upfront, and he’s always reachable. The fully equipped property was perfect for our family of four. Our children lloved the garden with lemon tree and the bicycles that are available for the guests. ”

“Der Aufenthalt hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen. Constantino ist sehr bemüht einem beim Check-In alles zu zeigen. Es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Besonders der Außenbereich ist sehr angenehm. Man kann mit der ganzen Familie kochen, spielen, fernsehen usw. Alles schön im Schatten mit Blick auf die Palmen im schönen Garten. Auch das Meer ist nicht weit entfernt. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in reichlicher Auswahl. Der Ort Terracina ist eine kleine……

“Beautiful space right in the heart of Sperlonga. Serena and Rocco were very accommodating. everything we needed was there. Short walks to shops, restaurants and markets. There is a short walk to the beach which was easily accessible. Serena and Rocco gave us several recommendations and a list of things to do and see. Everyone was so nice, we would definitely return for a longer stay.”
