“This property is a beautiful & quiet location right on the St.John's river. The room was spotless, and the staff was wonderful. I liked how the room and sheets smelled clean but not "Chemical" . Easy access to great fishing as well. What more can you ask for?!?!? ”

“I am not the energy type and there is very good energy in this little place. It is literally the closest spot to what they call downtown here. It’s very old so it will instill nostalgia and was absolutely perfect for me. Do not expect a five star hotel. These places are very old and to find any of them well kept is great. There’s a modular showerhead and they have Wi-Fi, etc. Area is insanely dog friendly. Whole episode has been great. ”

“We have visited this property several times at least three and we were very comfortable there considering we like the separate bedrooms, even though there kitchen was adequate with a full refrigerator. The puppy was very comfortable as well..”

“Super easy to find. Neat and well kept exterior. Very clean and updated hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked very well. The hotel staff are exceptional courteous and helpful. p.s. The coffee is very good!!!!”

“Our stay was perfect from check in to checking out. The food on was excellent at the Lakeside Inn. The grounds were beautiful. Las Palmas (Cuban restaurant was great!). Would NOT recommend Olive Italian, sent food back. We toured in a golf cart Mt Dora and "Rooster" was great! Very knowledgeable. We can't wait to return. ”
