Great balcony to enjoy sun, view and people watching on Indy’s coolest street next door to Pacers Stadium. Super clean. Included safe parking spot. Very tricky to find unit for the first time after parking, also very tricky for food delivery drivers to find you. On Friday and Saturday nights or Pacers game days there will be significant street noise until late, but it is loud from folks having fun. Sorry……
