“Very well done 2 floor apartment. Bedrooms & 1 bath are upstairs, ½ bath, living, and kitchen downstairs. It is fresh, clean, and newly renovated. The location is perfect because you can walk a block to the main circle of Sebring, or walk across the street to start walking around the lake. We were super pleased with this wonderful little spot. As a race team, we will keep this bookmarked for future stays. Please note as an FYI, laundry facilities are on premises, not inside the apartment - but……

“We appreciated very much the host allowing us to host a small dinner with our daughter and her family (6 people) during our stay. The bed was comfortable and the space for two people was excellent. Though there were a couple of things that we would have liked to know before we reserved, we feel that it met our needs for the 4 day stay.”

“Communication was good, place is not comfortable, 1 hard chair and 2 patio chair to sit on inside. Nothing more. No outside light, if it’s winter bring your own blankets and heater because the place has one sheet and 2 small lap throws, nothing more. 2 towel and 2 face cloths nothing more, no toilet paper so bring your own. Floors, window seals dirty, rodent droppings in shower and on window seals. Every dish was dirty, utensils had food dried on them. And do think you will relax in the bed……
