After checking in, I found that there were a large area of dirty marks on the sheets in the arranged room. Unexpectedly, I didn't change the new sheets, so I had to ask to change the room! The second is that there is a difference between the charge and the order price. It is obviously more charged, and there is no email reply to the specific standard fee! The location is average and the charge is high, and you can only choose to pay for breakfast! The experience is very bad.

Staff is great, property is dated, carpets seem a little dirty for my liking. Other than that the place was clean, it wasn’t worth the $300 I paid for one night, but I went to see Pearl Jam so I understand why they jacked up the prices. As far as going there for an event I would stay there again. PPG ARENA is 100 yards away, the food & drinks were great at the bar downstairs staff was friendly & did a great job taking care of us. Parking is not included it was $32, but parking down the street at the parking garage was $55. Oh, the room was really big with comfy king size bed & a pull out sofa. Large bathroom with huge shower too

There were some belongings left from the previous guests. One tissue in our box for show, no garbage bags in any of the trash cans. And control your own temperature in the room but otherwise a big beautiful hotel.

Beware of a few things, this property does not offer cleaning services during your stay, we were told after 3 nights they do but i read nothing on this, we had to ask for supplies daily, the rooms are dirty especially the carpets, our socks were black, the location is not convenient and most importantly they overcharged us 202.00 without authorization and then after many emails back and forth said it was a "holding fee" along with the 50 fee, so i had to ask them to take it off they said it would take 7-10 days, so we shall see, i would not recomment

Front desk lady didn’t go over prices just charged my card for park and incidental never gave me the option to decline parking on lot or on the street. When discussed with hotel they took no accountability and just continuously told me they go over prices upon checking in when in fact nothing was reviewed with at all. Nice place but after that experience won’t stay again unfortunately.

Stayed for 1 night. Location is great if you’re going to PPG. Check in took over an hour. The rooms are very basic, but rather large. The bathroom shower had caulking cracking all around the tub with large cracks. The A/C was locked and would not go under 71°. When I was checking out 2 staff members were at the checkout desk having an argument. If you’re staying for just a night and going to PPG, it is fine, but for a lengthier stay, I would not recommend.
