Poor communication and poorly managed property.
Prior to us checking in we were told only 2 hours before check-in that our booking was not ready due to a gas issue. We were only refunded 155 of 180 a night for the first day we missed due to the gas issue. We had to spend 200 to stay at an hotel. After checking in, we noticed that there were things they did not disclose about the property like the dishwasher being broken and basic household necessities were missing. Living room couch was not in good condition. After checkout we were accused of breaking a vent that was under underneath the poorly conditioned couch and told we needed to pay a 700 fine for it when we did not cause damage damages to it. Do not recommend booking at this property.
