The entire lobby, fitness center, breakfast room were under going renovations and looked horrible. The staff appeared put out by our arrival, were not professional, wore jeans and t-shirt, did not acknowledge the condition of the place. I was appalled. The elevator did not work consistently. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is that the room itself was decent. However, AC was not cold, no coffee or tea service in the room. Shower was good, it was clean. We could have overlooked the renovations if the staff were gracious and kind.

The property was being renovated. Only floor available was 3rd floor. No pool, no workout room, no elevator! I have had a knee replacement recently and my room was on 3rd floor with no elevator! Property management also retained a deposit, even though the room was already paid for and said it would be returned to my account in 5-7 days? What?

It was a nice hotel room. They were remodeling the first floor so somethings were limited. (Fitness center, breakfast room). Elevator didn’t come down to first floor. Had to go up to second floor and then go up. For the price it was a nice stay.

Must be in the middle of renovating, which is completely understandable. BUT, only if we knew ahead of time. Kinda like showing up to a blind date and she has messed up teeth. You smile along and just pray it's over soon. I will say the bed was clean, AC worked. I've slept in much; much worse. Just wish they would put a fan in the lobby. Nice and humid as it is.

Did you not know this property was being renovated??? No daily room cleaning: I was told that if I wanted clean towels, come on down and get them myself! What kind of B.S. is that! No food service unless you made the 7 am to 9:30am breakfast room "stuff". Noisy . . . . smelly with the glue they were using on the carpet squares that were being installed in the hallways. Do I need to go further? And this is a Radisson facility? Give back my $$$$ !

It was terrible. Renovation is happening. There was no information about this in Expedia when I booked. The breakfast was so bad and when I asked, the staff said it was because of the renovation work. It was like staying with dirt and pollution. It was not worth for the money I spent.
