The hotel was clean and offered so many additional spaces to hang out (especially the beautiful roof top!). Easy walking distance to coffee and restaurants. Also super close to transit. Highly recommend!

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay. The staff demonstrated a lack of professionalism and were unhelpful, culminating in an unacceptable incident where my wife was yelled at on Mother's Day. Furthermore, we did not receive the room we had booked. The pervasive smell of marijuana throughout the building was also highly concerning. As a result of these issues, I will not be returning to this property in the future."

The desk crew were very helpful. The proximity to PPG Paints arena was about 0.7 miles from the property on 5th. Walkable to sites and restaurants. A CVS store is very close as well. Appreciate having to swipe the key for elevator access and door access during later hours. A few housekeeping issues: there were crumbs on the couch and the cushion was backwards. The bathroom floor didn’t appear to be moped thoroughly. Stickers on the ceiling above the bed. The coffee pot had old coffee in it. This shows the lack of supervision that a cleaning checklist was followed. A bit dissatisfied, especially at the price point of this property.

Really enjoyed my stay here. My room was reasonably priced and very nice. The property is right next to Market Square which was great as well. I had to sign a paper stating I wouldn’t be loud and was happy to do so as I was staying there for business. My only complaint is that I wasn’t aware of the $250 deposit I had to put down when I checked in. I was told it would be back in my account in 3-5 business days but still don’t have it.

Enjoyed our suite. It was close to the stadium so we could walk there. Lots of restaurants along the way. Room was very clean. Bed and pillows very comfortable and I was surprised how quiet it was. Having a full kitchen was nice too. We would definitely stay again. Parking garage was very snug but no problems.
