The hotel was well-kept and had a good breakfast. The pool area was also well managed and a good temperature. This is a solid place to stay in the Pittsburgh area, given it's location near the airport and the wonderful restaurants in the Robinson area nearby. The only real drawback is that there were questionable people outside of the hotel during all hours, a bar nearby the entrance (which probably lends to the problem) and a continual smell of marijuana being smoked in the parking lot. The hotel is basically an old office building that has been revamped and converted into a hotel (so it doesn't look like much from the outside) and is not a new build or modern by any means. Still, the staff was friendly and kind. It is very clean on the inside and well-run. We enjoyed our breakfasts and swimming. It was comfortable, quiet and very clean.

We were in town for a concert at the ppg paint arena. We opted for the Holiday Inn for its cheaper rates and listed amenities. It was easy to get to from the highway and close enough to the arena for a cheap uber ride to avoid having to worry about the detours and construction going on. The staff were all great. The beds were comfortable with nice sheets and pillows. The included breakfast was ok but get there in advance of the 930 cut off because they stop bringing food out. The pool was kind of hazy and the area felt really dated. There was a missing tile near our shower but it was a baseboard tile and it was small. Overall we were pleased with our stay but we werent wow'd, and some updates could/should happen here.

The carpets and beds were sort of not clean and had a lot of stains. Very thin walls, very motel vibes. Could hear neighbor's phone conversation so clearly. The bed had hair and hair pins from previous guest. The elevator was making a lot of noise upon closing and opening. Terrible breakfast. Giving a 2 because they allowed to check in an hour or two earlier than 4pm.

Yes , we were in town for an event and we were not able to check in till 11:30 pm cause our room wasn't ready , and I was still charged full price that's not right at all . I booked tht room months ago . I would like at least half my money back . I feel charging full price isn't right considering we couldn't check in till 11 :30 pm

Hotel was quiet on the 6th floor. Was a little disappointed with the beverage machines. Seems like everything was sold out on our floor. But the Alcove next door to the hotel Has amazing food and a worker named Jojo that was a great guy. Lady that check us in at the hotel was sweet too.

Stayed with my husband and kids. When we went to put linens on the pull out couch, we discovered that the linens were dirty (looked like chunky vomit dried onto the comforter) and only one pillow. So we asked for more linens and the staff member seemed very put out to get some for us. Then, we were told there were no more pillows or extra towels (we have four kids and they only gave us four towels). The facility is old and dark and dingy. Pool and exercise facilities are ok, although there were crumbling tiles in the pool. Overall, would not stay here again.
