First i’ll say the guy who checked me in was courteous. Upon arrival he tells me the AC is broke, now i booked through expedia so i was already in the hole for the $ and stated if i feel i have to leave i would, and if i could afford to i would have, i think a message from the motel in advanced on an almost 90 degree day for such an inconvenience is warranted. But the rest was just as off putting, this motel was more of a trap house, idk how motel chains are operated but this on should be demolished.

Everyone was very nice except the mgr. She seemed like i was bothering her with questions. There were no blankets on bed or screens in the window to open the window to get air. The ac was broke and i didn’t receive any discount for thst.

We checked in for a 2 night stay .we weren't there a half hour . No AC no screens on windows no soap . Went to front desk and very rude. Refused a refund and how you can promote this is beyond me

This hotel had no AC. It was out. The hotel staff especially this woman that was there when I first checked in was rude and inconsiderate. I was treated the worst by any staff of any hotel that I've ever stayed in. This hotel should be about a $5 a night hotel terrible condition very uncomfortable and as I said the hotel staff was horrid. My recommendation is stay as far away from this hotel as you possibly can

Room was very unclean; worst I've seen in years. I did not feel my vehicle was safe in the parking lot due to random loud transients hanging out all night long, so I moved it off property.

There is no AC the room smelled of grown men who sweated for nights on end. The property really seems to be used for housing not for the outside world. You are forced into a no refund kind of situation that consists of again NO AIR, APARTMENT SETTING (PEOPLE WORKING ON CARS 8AM), PEOPLE SITTING OUTSIDE ON THE STOOP WITH DOGS OUTSIDE YOUR ROOM AT 8:30AM AFTER YOU GOT IN LATE AND ARE EXPECTING QUIET OUTSIDE NOT NEIGHBORHOOD CHATTER. The staff need training on dealing with customer complaints and not the we have no rooms available. I would think you didn't you have people living for months on end. This was unlike any Motel 6 experience. Just because the room is less doesn't mean the service should follow or the room quality. I was asked to leave after i asked for the Roach to be removed from my room. I spent 1 hours searching to rid the room of the bug to be asked to leave just a bad place to go. I do not recommend unless you are desperate and even then the GETGO LOOKED BETTER AND THE STAFF GREAT!
There was a roach after asking for housekeeping to remove they removed me. I was upset but I am deathly afraid with no consideration. Imagine that in your REAL HOME.

The room I had no A/C following that the room was not clean. The bathroom show still had body hair in the shower from the last person who rent the room. Around that he outside of the shower was a layer of dust and dirt. The furniture below the TV still had remnants of stuck on dried food. The lady at check said we are not that type of motel that gives refunds. Which upon seeing the room is clearly unacceptable policy. Had I seen the room first I would have never stay there. I have rented on an offer with Motel 6 for over 17 yrs. This is a horrible experience for there brand. I wrote to there customer service department and waiting for a response.

Exactly what you’d expect at a great price. Always feel safe and the staff is very welcoming. Comfortable beds and convenient to a few bus lines. Laundry on site. Perfect for a good nights sleep and safe accommodation.
