This one bedroom sleeps four with a queen bed and a pull out queen sofa. Full size kitchen with dining table to enjoy that first cup of coffee. This space features exposed brick (nonworking) fireplace a oversized couch, two 45 inch TVs, extra large shower and a small outdoor patio in the back. Thoughtfully designed with decor that delights the senses and modern amenities that makes you feel right at home. Starbucks, Yinz Coffee, Legends Eatery & the Park are just steps away.
The suite is on the lower level of a three story house. Another apartment is available in the same house that has two bedrooms and is more spacious. If you are interested in more space please inquiry about our two bedroom suite.

We don't outsource our cleaning - our cleaners are professionally trained with a passion for what they do! We personally do inspections before every single check in to ensure a next to perfect totally cleaned space.

Communication and location. Our suites are walkable to most North Side attractions and downtown Pittsburgh. Just let us know where you would like to go and we will let you know how far the walk or ride is. The cultural district, Mt. Washington and the Strip District are an UBER ride away.
For us COMMUNICATION is key to a hassle free stay. When you contact us our host Caroline she will get back to you ASAP to answer any questions or concerns you may have. According to the Northside Chronicle, Northside has the most historical districts in the city. You and your guests will be staying in historic Deutschtown (pronounced "Doychtown")--named for the German immigrants that settled here in the 18th century. The Allegheny Commons park is Pittsburgh's oldest park— known for its mature canopy trees, beautiful fountain and lovely Lake Elizabeth. The park is within walking distance from the house You will also be steps away from fantastic pasta dishes and greens and beans at Legends Eatery a 2 minute walk away! just remember to BYOB. Max's Tavern is an authentic German no frills restaurant with a great little bar and cozy booths. If you are looking for something a little more fancy, Fig and Ash on East Ohio street is the place to be—- Delicious home-away-from-dishes led by one of Pittsburgh's top chefs. However, please remember to make a reservation so you can enjoy this unique spot. Yinz Coffee and Starbucks are both within walking distance on East North Ave. Randyland on Arch street is a wonderus experience and not to be missed-- 412 APoTHECA on Federal Street in the Mexican War Streets will delight your senses ---featuring a curated selection of bath, body & hair products as well as small gifts centered around self care. On the way to the Steeler game walk through the park to Western Ave. On Western you will find Reficlio Winery featuring Argentinian wines, The Modern Cafe—which opened in 1933 and has a great bar & good food, Nicky's Thai Kitchen and two breweries. You will also notice on East North Avenue The newly remolded Garden Theatre that looks beautiful when lit. Let it be known that North Side is full of diversity—there are rich, middle & those less fortunate trying to make their way. You will notice when you walk the neighborhood buildings being worked, beautiful old homes & some places that need a face lift—-but this adds to North Sides charm & ever changing spirit. The Andy Warhol Museum, The Mattress factory, Children's Museum, Acrisure Stadium, downtown Pittsburgh, Stage AE and PNC park are all within walking distance.

Walking is ideal as you will be close to many attractions. Download the spin app to rent e-scooters through the transit app when weather permits. Uber and LYFT always available. Pittsburgh light rail transit (also known as the T) is also free to downtown and the Monongahela incline. The Allegheny station is located on the North Shore. Our traffic is light but Pittsburgh is notorious for difficult directions. Best bet is to leave the car and find other modes of transportation.
➲We are across the street from Allegheny General Hospital. You may see and hear the hospital's helicopter.

➲There are steps to climb to the front porch.
➲Some of the buildings in the neighborhood (as in any city) are not in great shape but you’ll see many are being renovated. North Side has been flourishing in the past several years as you can tell by the renovation of the Garden Theater on West North Avenue.
➲Please note while exploring the neighborhood, you may encounter some of our neighbors who are experiencing homelessness. We encourage guests to approach this with empathy and understanding.
