“We were in the Leckhampton Suite and could see our motorbike parked at the back right outside our bedroom. Property is GORGEOUS. I could have cried with relief after travelling for several weeks abroad to come home and be coddled. Milk, croissant and juice in the fridge, enough tea and coffee to drown yourself in. A loaf of bread, cereals, fruit. An extremely comfy bed. Fluffy towels, and decent shower, toiletries. We didn't cook but the cupboards are full of pots, pans & crockery. The place was……

“The first night was a disaster with a room the size of a shoebox and a very long, narrow, metal spiral staircase downstairs to the bathroom which had a door that opened directly onto the corridor. This was room 35. However, despite the hotel being full, the following day we were moved to a delightful and much more suitable room and were very happy with our stay after that. ”

“環境，房間都是很好的。 包早餐 是 continental breakfast, 比較簡化，麵包，Cereal, Yogurt. Juice, Coffee 如果想吃hot dish. 便要在餐單上order.另再收費。 覺得最大問題的，是沒有lift, 樓梯又高又窄，我拿住又大又重行李，每次拿上房間和退房拿下來時都非常痛痛。非常大問題！ 除了這個，房間內也是可以的，但只有廁紙，沒有紙巾，沒有牙刷等等東西。”

“I booked this apartment for my family of 4 on the day and because we were so caught up in our trip we forgot to notify the host. We arrived in the evening and despite us not having given them a heads up first, the apartment was sorted and in impeccable state. The bed was extremely comfortable, kitch and bathroom very clean. Very happy with our overnight stay, would highly recommend.l”

“The hotel manager will directly send you an email detailing the hotel digital management and the digital lock system and the relevant passwords for digital locks and the food for breakfast before you set off to UK. Unfortunately the fuse was burnt on the first day I check in. I emailed the manager and phoned him and he went to my room to check personally and fixed it.
