“the overall conditions of hotel live up to my expectation being a five stars hotel. unfortunately, the house keeping services were so bad that i requested a tea pot for several times since check in. no one in the hotel responded to my request. i have to walk down to the restaurant and ask for one.”

“I request a higher floor , and hotel staff can also help us to bring the luggage to 1st floor for the lift. They are helpful . ”

The breakfast was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. “Travelling with family,we were very skeptical first before booked this hotel,but it was wonderful, satff to hotel conditions, super clean,good location, close to international main train terminal to take trains to Brugge and Gents, 15min walk,wonderfulvarietyod breakfast, anything we said to receptionist, getting done quickly,room was wonderfull super clean,the big hotel chains should learn a lot from The Scott Hotel in Brussels,we all as 3 family members giving this hotel 5 STARS!!keep up good……

“Hotel constantly tries to upsell - get spammed with emails before arrival about add ons. Was told at reception on arrival at 1.30pm that the room was ready, but hotel policy was that I couldn’t be given the key until 3pm. Asked for luggage storage and was directed to take my suitcase down a flight of stairs and then had to pay a further fee for luggage storage. Unfriendly staff - there are better options around, so don’t bother here.”

“房間比較細，但地理位置優越！位置非常方便！洗手間垃圾桶異常細不夠用。水溫少許難調教，時冷時熱。升降機內音樂有點詭異，加上當打開門，看到昏暗燈光及穿着紅色裙的掛畫，感覺並不太舒服… ”

“Pro: 近車站、老城區，啤酒館，地點好。 飯店室內裝潢美，櫃檯接待態度好面帶笑容。 Con: 水和咖啡只有入住時有，沒每天補 浴廁要走小樓梯下樓使用。 蓮蓬頭壞掉，水只有一半。有跟櫃檯通知，但沒修好。”
