“This condo is excellent in every way it’s my second year here and I’ll be coming back.”

“Perfect location in the heart of Ouray! Loft was very clean and had everything we needed for our four day stay. Check in and out was super easy, property manager was responsive to all questions. Only draw back was the strong sewer smell in the loft...couldn't figure out where it was coming from and not much we could do about it. We cooked and lit candles to cover it up but that's the only real complaint we had. Great place and great town!”

“Sunnyside studio was the perfect spot for our 3 night stay in Telluride. The studio is perfectly appointed with all you need for a self-catering stay and is within a few minutes walk to the grocery store. However if you fancy dining out it is also only a short stroll to downtown and plenty of restaurants and bars. Within walking distance to the gondola and chair access for skiing as well. We loved our stay at Sunnyside and hope to come back again.”

“We had a wonderful time staying at Fox Run at the Terraces. It was the perfect ski in/ski out location for access to almost all the runs especially the greens and blues. We felt at home right away at this condo. It was very comfortable, nicely decorated, and spotless. The owner was very kind and accommodating, always there to answer any questions. When we go back to Telluride, we will definitely stay here again.”

“Steam shower, roomy, clean, location. I mean it doesnt get much better at all. This place was amazing and as advertised. Oh, i didn't mention it, but heated floors will be one of the things i miss the most.”
