“Beautiful little house in Waverly, right down the street from Waverly's businesses and dining options. Convenient parking in the driveway and a fenced in yard. Stairs to the second floor are a little steep, so be sure to hold the railing!”

“Check in and check out was very easy. We had our adult children and their families for a family reunion in Janesville. The house was perfect, plenty of room, where we could be together, but not crowded!! The house is set up so if you want to get away from the chaos you can, and the bags, pool table, large tv. “We had a wonderful stay at this at the house. We loved being in a wooded area by the river. The screened-in patio overlooking the water was the perfect place to relax with a morning coffee or evening conversation. We especially loved gathering around the fire pit, reminiscing under the stars—it created such a cozy and memorable atmosphere. This home is ideal for get-togethers, with just the right balance of comfort and nature. We would definitely return!”
