We had an issue with the grill on the deck; the owner responded and took care of the issue first thing the next day. “The home was immaculate and comfortable. The location was amazing due to the proximity to shops, restaurants and canals. I have never stayed in a more thoughtfully put together home. They thought of everything, from the fresh water already awaiting my pet put in clean dog bowls upon our arrival to the brand new umbrellas set out by the door for the anticipated rainy weather.
