“This property is absolutely fantastic. The booking was easy, the check-in was , And the place is absolutely beautiful. The place is very clean and very well appointed. The pictures are spot on. The location is beautiful, listening to the waves and taking long walks along the beach at low tide. The owners were very helpful along every step of the way. My husband and I had a wonderful stay. Looking forward to going back.”

“This is a nice summer stay. The beach is just across the road (a busy road). It has everything you need. However, as an off season it is not so great. There’s a very good heat pump so being cold was not the issue, it’s the door. Not sealed well so it rattled with the wind and let in cold air. I sealed it with a newspaper to stop the rattle and cold air. The floor is also somewhat slippery when shoes are wet from rain. I all minor when there during the summer. ”

“A historical treasure hidden in the heart of Hampton Beach. Entrance is tucked between 2 stores on Ocean Boulevard and could easily be missed. Parking is off site but easily found on B street just a few feet from the hotel. This hotel was one of the grand hotels of it's day and retains many of the features that made it popular. This makes it a little dated but special and it is kept up well. Reasonably clean but they need to remember to clean the balconies . The beds are comfortable with plenty……
