“The property was located in a decent area. I had a problem with the location address, but was able to get this resolved through VRBO customer support. The host apologized for the lack of updated info that didn't show up on my end.The bedrooms didn't have closets available; would have liked to hang my clothes on hangers. A portable rolling stand would have been nice.The office chair in the front room could use updating.I felt the floors could have been swept better.There appears to be an issue……

“This is absolutely an amazing location to stay for a few days or a week. Access to the beach is understated. Once you walk down to the beach, you have an amazing view of the cliffs surrounding it. You can swim in the ocean no problem. After the beach, you walk up and jump in the pool and then go in the hammock area to relax. There’s a few restaurants walking distance from the house and an awesome Super Selectos (supermarket) 10 min drive. Keep in mind this house is open to the outside, including……

“It's about a 10 minute walk to Sunzal beach - so in that sense the property is very convenient for surfing. That being said, there's very little in the immediate area of the hotel, and it's about a 25-30 minute walk to El Tunco. I rented a motorcycle, so that wasn't much a problem for me. “It was relaxing and peaceful. We all had a great time. Mario the groundskeeper was very helpful and has maintained the property well. The perfect home to have a large family. Easy access to the beach and the pool was a huge plus. I highly recommend staying here especially if you have a lot of people and if you have kids. ”
