“This place is exactly like pictured! Views are gorgeous! It’s very quiet. It almost felt like we had a place to ourselves. Everything we possibly needed we had. Grocery store is about 10 min away and there are an abundance of restaurants with great food! ”

“I’ve been coming down to the upper keys for years and this was by far the best property yet. Some have ocean, some have docks, some you can go out in the ocean from shore and some you can’t. This one has amazing ocean views, swim from shore ocean and a dock to fish or dock your boat. Even caught a couple tarpon and cuda off the dock. House was clean and exactly as described. On my short list of go to properties for the future.”

“Love this place! Very friendly and secluded. Not your typical resort-look elsewhere if that’s what you want. But if you want a friendly private sailing camp where you hang out with other fun people and like to sail and kayak, this is absolutely it! The use of the sailboat alone more than pays for the room.”

“We had a wonderful time with our day from kayaking on the lagoon to fishing off of the jetty. This place had plenty of room for our family and had every thing we needed would stay again.”

“Beautiful home, clean and had all we needed, no problems at all with one of the swimmjng pools right outside the condo which made it very convenient. Only thing that would have made it over the top was to have a sandy beach with swimming area on site, otherwise, it was great!”

“Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The pool, beach area and pickleball courts were fantastic! Also enjoyed the premium cable. ”

“Great apartment/condo with two screened-in porch/balcony facing the lagoon that runs along the interior of the community as well as front porch with grill. Community boasts 2 great pools, swimming/kayaking-ready lagoon with beach (and friendly fish), tennis/pickle court, ocean front beaches and the most wonderful walkable jetty. Paved and lighted walkway all the way around the lagoon for day or night strolls. Bikes, tennis racket, sand toys and other outside game equipment provided. Wonderful……

“We stayed for 12 days. The pool is great. The only down side was the balcony was tiny. You could not have two people sit out there comfortably. That was a bummer but it was very hot so not sure how much we would have used it.Kitchen was very well supplied. The grocery is very close.”

“My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon , and we were absolutely thrilled with everything. We loved that the house had a bunch of mini splits to keep it nice and chilly. We also loved that the house was very clean and well kept. The tiki hut on the water with the tv and great lighting at night makes a perfect place to relax at the end of a fun filled day. All around this was a fantastic place to stay!”
