“Upon arrival (Feb 8) we were given a room with one bed. I told them I requested two beds and was told I could not change to a two bed room. Upon entering the one bed room, the bathroom smelled horridly!. We had to keep the door shut. I then looked up my reservation and lo and behold I did request two beds. (We were tired upon arrival and I assumed I made a mistake). I went back down to the front desk and showed her my reservation. We then switched rooms. We spent one night in that room. It was……

“this hotel looks like its for business- clean, basic and functional. which was perfect for me since i only went to phils for a funeral. If you're looking for an elaborately decorated hotel or resort- this isnt it. but theres a resto inside good for breakfast especially, a small pool, very helpful staff and right across SM Edsa (a huge mall). When i say across, you literally just go to a higher level, and walk out and you're in SM already. parking can be a little confusing though since its so……

“This is a non-smoking hotel, and the room’s clean, bed’s comfortable, but need to change the WiFi password everyday is annoying. But the area is very secured, felt safe to walk around alone.”

“pros: room is ok. they provided slippers, staff were nice, polite and attentive to need of the costumers cons: we stayed for 5 nights, there was never a wifi. extra pillows were extra charge. no hair dryer. water pressure was low. ”

“It was late night reservations and I am very tired. I called the attendant before arriving at the hotel and he was able to confirm my booking and assign a room. Check-in was fast. Property is secured. Theres a starbucks around the corner and McDonald's beside it. There are a lot of restaurants around the area. Vista Mall is also in front of the main street.”

“This was my third or fourth stay. The place is still clean, and staff are as friendly as ever. Perhaps it’s a good time to replenish linen and bath things such as the mat, as some have serious fraying. If you are staying, opt for rooms away from the next door garage as they can make a racket parking their vehicles. ”
