Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. When we arrived they have you sign something saying you were made aware the pool was closed. I booked it for the pool so the kids had something to do. Front desk said it would be open that day or the next. It never opened nor do I believe it was planned to open. However, once seeing how dirty and in disrepair everything was I doubt I would've let my kids in it. There were some things for breakfast but we didn't eat anything given how unclean everything was. We took some milk and orange juice. My son said the orange juice was sour. The juice machine and water machine didn't work. The vending machine with water didn't work. We went to Stewart's to buy water to brush our teeth with and drink because there was no clean water available. A bug came up out of the sink. The shower water smelled terrible. The wallpaper was coming down like there had been a leak. There was a large bee inside, so unsure where the nest is. Carpet was stained. There were black flakes on the sheets. We honestly debated just leaving and losing money. I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here ever. I can't believe Expedia even works with them

À l’arrivée personne à la réception seulement une note qui dit d’appeler au numéro inscrit sur la feuille à l’entrée pour rejoindre le préposé qui par la suite viendra pour l’enregistrement. Sur tout le niveau plancher une odeur de curry extrêmement intense… pas de commentaires de plus par rapport à l’odeur désagréable. La chambre oufff couvercle de toilette instable, énormément d’insectes morts dans tous les luminaires, moisissures incrustés côté baignoire et mur, la lumière de la grande lampe du coin de la chambre pendouille comme si elle s’était suicidé, tête de lit avec pleins de traces de doigts ou autres, le rebord du cadre en haut du lit est plein de poussières, la table pour manger ou travailler a des taches de gras ou autre ainsi que la chaise de travail qui a pleins de taches de je sais pas quoi mais j’ai une bonne idée, le crochet en chaîne pour un minimum de sécurité est brisé donc non fonctionnel et pour terminer les draps sont tellement usés que l’ont peu voir à travers. Le pire de tout ça est que j’avais envoyé un message à l’hôtel pour demander très gentiment d’avoir la meilleure chambre au niveau plancher. J’aimerais pas voir la pire!!!

It was a decent hotel. It was a nice quiet area, the beds were comfortable, the staff was pleasant. Also the prices were very fair also a nice walk to Plattsburgh beach which is not far. The hotel can improve on the quality of the breakfast. There was not a lot of healthy food available such as fruits, and the selection was not a variety. The pool was ice cold there was no heat in the pool. For those who do like to swim I would suggest management to take the time and heat the pool to a decent temperature. I was out for the day and when I arrived back during the evening my room was not clean. If you are looking just for a quiet place just to sleep and if you are not picky about food selection, then I think this place would be good for that type of stay. I feel the hotel would suitable for sure it totally depends on one’s needs at the stay. This place would work for some as well as not for others.

L'endroit est bien situé à proximité de l'autoroute. Le service était courtois. La piscine était par contre trop froide pour s'y baigner en octobre.
