“Alles in allem ein gutes Hotel, saubere renovierte Zimmer, bequemes Bett, schönes Bad. Leider Klimaanlage nicht funktionsfähig, daher zu warm. Sehr laut und hellhörig, extrem dünne Wände. Frühstück war ok, nichts besonderes. Etwas wenig Auswahl. Kaffeespezialitäten aus dem Automaten mit Milchpulver, dafür frisches Obst und Eispeisen. Tische etwas zu dicht gedrängt, etwas ungemütlich. Schöner Pool und tolle Bar auf dem Dach. ”

“Nice unique re-fitted mansion. We stayed one night, needed 2 or 3 to explore more around the area. Lady that helped us was great..needed better communication to check in and out. No office or front desk. Needed to be contacted for administration of stay other than email from nice lady.”

“Séjour de 3 nuits dans cette hôtel. Hotel bien placé avec des extérieures de haut niveau. Parking très pratique et sécurisé. Chambre avec un bon confort même s’il manque un frigo avec des boissons et une machine à café. Service et accueil très courtois. Grande piscine dont nous n’avons pas profité. Le centre ville est à 10 mn à pieds depuis l’hôtel.”

“The hotel staff were excellent. They helped us with an early check in and checked in on our stay to ensure everything was okay. Loved the roof top terrace area with pool, great vibe for drinks. Wish it was open later. The location is very central with access to everything. Very comfortable hotel rooms and kettle provided (no milk so buy some) and water and soft drinks in the mini fridge. We had a balcony but it doesn’t have furniture, I would upgrade to the loft If budget allows it and you want……

“The hotel is lovely and the rooftop terrace and pool are amazing with views of the city . The room is very nice quite spacious and modern . We had a lovely view of the harbour and sea from our window . The only negative is the car park which is awkward to find and I actually got stuck trying to manoeuvre around columns. ”

“I liked this property in general. The room was nice, had a lot of space, and a grocery store was just below the property. Would recommend it for others. didn't like its application of the door opener as it often didn't work properly. It was also a bit noisy. The kitchen is a little small.”

“The Director and the other executive staff were very professional, polite And friendly!! The food was delicious. We were very impressed with their positive attitude. We stayed in for three weeks. it was our second time in Silken Hotel . Tenerife. We hardly recommend it to everyone!!”
