“The house is spacious and well-equipped for both work & play. Top-floor living space is wonderful for both. I stayed there for 3 mos., mostly alone, but host was very generous in supplying extra sheets & towels for my occasional guests. Virginia at Xisca Coll was always very responsive and helpful.The location is perfect; quiet street but a minimal walk to the town square. Guests s/b aware that half the staircase treads are glass; this was fine for me, but anyone w/a fear of heights or vertigo……

“Wir wurden wieder äußerst herzlich empfangen, diesmal von beiden Tonis, sen. und jun. Da wir verspätet gelandet sind, war für unser leibliches Wohl schon gesorgt. Dafür nochmal ein großes Dankeschön. Hier im beschaulichen Selva lässt sich sehr gut abschalten und genießen. Finca, Pool und Grundstück werden super und mit viel Liebe und Leidenschaft gepflegt. Hier gibt es das beste Olivenöl aus eigener Ernte, frische Feigen und natürlich wieder das Paella Kocherlebnis. Ich könnte noch ewig weiter……

“Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Der private Hobbyraum nebenan mit billiardtisch war perfekt um die Abende ausklingen zu lassen. Die Anfahrt ist tatsächlich etwas abenteuerlich, da sehr eng und steil, aber dafür ist das Häuschen sehr ruhig gelegen. Es beginnen direkt ein paar kleine Wanderungen neben dem Haus. Einzig der WLAN Empfang könnte etwas besser sein. ”

“Appartement fonctionnel et très bien situé, avec une petite cour et un coin piscine fort sympathique. Merci Antonio pour votre accueil et votre disponibilité. C'était parfait ! ”

“Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet. Wir waren 5 Erwachsene und 2 Kleinkinder und hatten genug Platz. Im OG hat es ein Zimmer mit Panoramablick. Selva liegt sehr zentral für Ausflüge. Der einzige Nachteil ist die Parksituation. Wir mussten zum Teil 300 m weiter unten parken.Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und haben uns gut erholt.”

“Wir waren zu viert in der Finca und haben selten eine so saubere Unterkunft gesehen. Die Finca ist gut aufgeteilt. Die Terrasse bietet einen tollen Blick auf Sant Joan. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und wurden insgesamt gut betreut. Lediglich das Bad ist schon sehr klein. In der Beschreibung ist ein Gäste WC angegeben. Es gibt aber ein Bad mit einem WC. “Absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft. Top Kommunikation, sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Einzig das untere Badezimmer müsste man mal überholen, durch die hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit setzt sich überall Grünspan und Rost an den Ecken an. Das tut dem Gesamtaufenthalt jedoch keinen Abbruch. ”

“Wenn man jung ist und keine Atemprobleme hat, ist das Haus ideal.Leider habe ich Asthma und die Luft im Tal von Sóller ist im Winter extrem schlecht. Die Gartenabfälle, und sicherlich auch manchmal Plastik, werden nach dem Beschneiden der Bäume offen verbrannt. So hängt meistens über dem Tal eine dichte Rauchwolke.Beim ersten Versuch mit der Klimaanlage zu heizen, bekam ich keine Luft mehr. Die schöne Terrasse kam für mich deshalb auch nicht infrage.Die Raumaufteilung ist für ältere Leute nicht……

“Wir haben einen fantastischen Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Haus genossen! Es ist schwierig, ein Highlight hervorzuheben, weil einfach alles perfekt war. Alles ist liebevoll eingerichtet und außerordentlich sauber und gepflegt. Der Ausblick auf das Meer und die Sonnenuntergänge sind atemberaubend. Auch die Kinder haben ausgiebig den Whirlpool genutzt und wir hatten wunderbare Grillabende. 5 Sterne ohne Einschränkung!”

“Property was excellent!!! Perfect indoor and outdoor space for everyone to enjoy. Comfortable beds and kitchen with everything you need to prepare a lovely meal if you like. Many close restaurants near by and everything is walkable. No AC, which was tough the first day and night sleeping, but fans were provided, and weather was much cooler for the rest of our stay. You cannot beat this place, it’s wonderful!”

“There were four of us in the finca for a week. It has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Lovingly furnished and well equipped - the only thing that would have been nice would have been a cushion for the pool loungers. Catalina is a very friendly hostess. The communication before and during the vacation was always very friendly and very fast. There are no neighbors, you have a view of the mountains and you can get anywhere quickly by car. We can only recommend the finca and we would……

“We stayed for a week as a family holiday, three generations. The house was amazing, really homely but with all the mod cons we needed. The location is a rare find ... we know the island very well and love it and to be so secluded was a real treat. Thought has gone into setting up eating/sitting areas so you can follow the sun or avoid it if it's really hot. We would love to return.”

Nice staff, not so much for the hotel itself.

"Overall I would say it's a three-four star hotels and the following are my reasons for this rating: 1) Lets begin with something positive--- the staff there were friendly and helpful. 2)It is definitely 30 seconds walking distance from the beach. Lots of restaurant options nearby. Also 10mins taxi ride from the airport. 3) The wifi is extremely unstable. I had 4G and didnt bother to ask the staff to get it sorted. 4) The bathroom inside my room smells foetid. It must be because of the poor drainage sys. 5) Some hair can be found around the floor of the room. 6) The overall interior of the room seems to be worn out or not installed properly. It didn't seem to be refurbished well enough. 7) The pool is very small! Don't be deceived by the photo. (but the sea is right in front) 8) The breakfast was nice and delicious. (With a spectacular beach view) "
