Hotel in central location but hotel staff rude the hotel pool is dirty they dont clean it. Hotel in bad shape not good maintenance. When you check out they go check the room to make sure you didnt take anything. If your american the parking price is diffrent than being mexican. they charge you more overall i wont stay here again

The hotel was centrally located it had a spa , cafe , restaurants all around. Across the street was a shopping mall, at night the area was filled with people having dinner at restaurants and bars with live music. The best part was the friendly staff, Sofia and Alan were absolutely amazing !! Sofia and Alan warmed our hearts and made our stay at the hotel very memorable!!!

The pool and pool area was really gross. I didn’t see anyone clean it once. There is no bar in the pool area either. The room was nice and the property is clean, but the pool area was terrible. We ended up getting day passes at other hotels. It’s also diagonal from a second floor open air club so it’s pounding music so loud it felt like it was right outside our door. It’s open every night until 3. We actually ended up just staying at another hotel we got a day pass at the last night because we needed a better sleep.

This property has a wonderful location, right on the corner of 5th Avenue and walkable to the beach and a variety of restaurants. In turn, it can be a little noisy at the night but it didn’t really bother us. The hotel is kept very clean and the decor is charming. We had a wonderful massage at the Spa. Karen at the front desk was very nice, she helped us book our massage and taxis, she gave us information and offered us discounted buffet and beach club. We did try the buffet and it was pretty good. Overall, I would return to this location.

Für 1-2 Tage ok aber nicht länger. Lärm von 2 Clubs nebenan bis 3 Uhr nachts jede Nacht. Musik so laut als ob man selbst im Club ist . Pool viel zu klein und sieht nicht sauber aus. Kein Aufzug vorhanden also Koffer muss man selbst in die 2-3 Etage schleppen. Putzfrauen und Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht. Raucherecke an der Rezeption. Hotel veraltet , Fotos sind wohl nach der Renovierung entstanden. Abfluss stinkt unerträglich . Bettwäsche und Handtücher sauber . Hotel aber Sehr hellhörig. Man weiß wann der Nachbar duscht oder auf Toilette war.

The night club downstairs was blasting music till 3am. It was so loud, it seemed like the speakers were IN the room. My wife woke up freezing because the bed had no blankets. Only a single sheet. She had to wrap herself in sweaters.
