We for the most part really enjoyed our stay at this hotel,
Pros
-location is great, many close by restaurants and shops, really cute area
-beach was nice, ample chairs available, some a little damaged but just wear and tear
-spa was really nice, expensive, but if you want to splurge on a rain day it’s a nice experience
-restaurants were good, I liked the option of all you can eat or a la carte, great breakfast spot overlooking the water
Cons
-DO NOT take a room near the courtyard at the front of the hotel, there was an event there and it was horribly loud, we called multiple times throughout the night and the reception kept saying it would be “ending shortly”. First at 11 pm when it was “ending at 12”, then at 1 am when they said “they extended to 2 am latest” then I called at 245 am where they finally said “latest an event can legally play music that loud is 3 am”, I called again at 3:15 am where he insisted it was over, I told him it was still going, he hung up and finally the music stopped by 3:20 am, this was a nightmare but was a Saturday so our final night
-DO NOT go to the third party day trip where they try to sell you a time share/experience package, it took way longer than they said it would (4 hours compared to 2 hours we were told) and we ended up choosing a very basic package being sold that we could use it at this property specifically, only to find out after all the deposits were made that it’s not one of the included hotels, they lie to sell so beware
