Overall a very comfortable stay, we had the apartment on the top floor, with a large window which provided great natural light. We also stayed until midnight chilling by the pool, they had the rooftop open all the time.

The host was very kind, he gave us many recommendations about what to do in Playa del Carmen and the information of what we had included on our stay was well explained. This was the ideal place for our vacations, all in a local ambiance, away from the noise of the nightlife. When we got to the property, fortunately, the apartment was ready and we were able to do early check in, it was awesome after a long flight. All the facilities were great and the apartment was very comfortable; we really loved the coffee machine in the kitchen, it is necessary for us to have a cup of coffee every morning.

It was a very quiet and safe place, the building had a nice layout, on the terrace there was a roof pool and a few loungers, it was beautiful to spend time and relax during the day. Well to start finding the property was very difficult. My taxi from the airport could not find it. Very frustrating I became concerned I would just be left there! I later discovered by talking to other customers, that they ALL had struggled to get in the building after they finally found it... And the dogs in the neighborhood barked all night long, every night!

Wonderful property. The condo was comfortable. A lot of neighborhood noise with construction and street noise. The stairs were quite a bit too if you are staying on the upper floors (no elevator). The plunge pool on the roof was fine but a little chilly and small. We had a fantastic stay but would definitely not be suitable for some.

Good sunny spot

Enjoyed stay, studio was compact but contained everything needed; free, onsite, laundry was a bonus for the extended stay. Rooftop deck is small, but provides everything needed to enjoy the sun. Only con is noisy neighbourhood, excessive numbers of dogs that bark continually including all night long. Difficult to find, doesn’t seem to have a specific address, no exterior signage, airport transfer had trouble finding it.
