When we were in the buffet eating, we seen an employee grab utensils from a dirty table and and put them into the clean cart then put them on clean tables. We have pictures of this. Would not stay again. Discrimination when sitting at tables and serving. We got ignored multiple times.

This trip was extremely disappointing. The resort is advertised as five star but did not meet basic expectations. The property looks nice at first, but the details were severely lacking. Upon arrival, we were given a long “introduction” that was just a sales pitch for the Privilege package. When we declined the “free tour,” the staff member became rude and walked away. Bathrooms were hard to find, had few stalls, and were filthy. We saw grime, holes, no toilet paper, and even a cockroach. The games room was poorly maintained with broken consoles and ripped pool tables. The arcade, despite being in an “all inclusive” resort, cost at least $4 USD per game. Buffets were overcrowded, food was low quality, and service was very slow. We were often served drinks after our meals were finished. The à la carte restaurants were disappointing, especially the Mexican and Steakhouse. Pez Vela was the only highlight. Despite noting my peanut and fish allergies, I was served salmon and a peanut salad at the Japanese restaurant. Our room’s thermostat didn’t work all week, the bathroom smelled of mold, and the grout and caulking were black with buildup. One day, the mini-bar was missing water, and when we asked for replacements, the front desk accused us of lying, three times, because their notes said otherwise. Many dishes and cups were chipped, and the trolley was so unreliable we gave up on using it. We had high hopes for this vacation, but it was an experience we would not recommend.

when we arrived we’re waiting 1.5 hours for the luggage in room Notice how lady in the buffet after group of people finish eating come and pic up what she think clean knife’s and forks and put the on the card to the clean ones to use it again for new customers it is unsanitary On check out I ordered the bellboy to pic luggage at 12, no one showed up, give them a call, they say in 5 minutes, after 25 minutes no one showed up, called again to get answer we have no one available grab you luggage and walk to the lobby

In a few words: Overall it’s Not a 5 stars experience, the closest thing to that would be if you had a privileged guest membership without too high expectations. The food in most of the restaurants is good but staff service needs to improve. The installations and amenities are good, no complaints regarding cleanliness and maintenance The Spa facilities are ok , however staff service needs to improve Special mention to Israel and Angelica they made our experience better and also a special mention to “the chef’s table” a pleasant experience with exquisite food. Advise, book a reservation during the right season November to March to enjoy the beach and if you want the price to be worth it

air conditioning in rooms and all facility's except the lobby were horrible. food was mediocre. staff always had an agenda like they had someone were better to be. and the animals attacking people that have food is out of this world. very disgusting. hotel is very run down. i would not bring my family back! place is a slum

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very nice and there a lot of food options. The best part was the staff, more specifically Miguel the bartender at the Daisy pool bar, and Carlos the captain at the buffet. Both made our stay memorable and were the best part of our trip. There is a lot of wildlife in the hotel even outside of the specific wildlife area. Will be coming back soon.

Resort is good. The staff friendly. The employee said all the food have pepper só it was difficult to me because I’m alérgic to pepper. I had some food prepered special for me without pepper but not enough. The beach is disgusting. Even without seaweed the beach is ugly.

We stayed here for 5 nights. The images looked great, even with the seaweed issue, we thought we would be able to enjoy the sand on the beach. There was no space. Property: we upgraded to Eden, but the rooms weren’t much of an upgrade. The snacks and beverages were inconsistent when they were refilled. We didn’t get any type of snacks until day 3. Water was limited and we had to trade off the beer in the fridge for more water. So their “ all inclusive” was LIMITED. Amenities and restaurant: there were limited night activities and most were for adults only. The restaurants were reservations only and we could only book for the amount of people in our room not our whole party which was extremely inconvenient. It felt like if we were not privilege ( their highest priority VIP level) we did not get treated well or priority. We had to pay extra for things. This was my first time experiencing this at an all inclusive. The bracelets they give you is color coded which tells the staff which “ level” you are and I felt they treated you according to that. The resort AC was horrible- it was stuffy and not well ventilated except in the Lobby. We were target greeted for timeshares, but was told it was a tour since we were new guests. That’s a whole different story to tell. Food: it’s good and average, nothing special. Overall, it was not as a comfortable stay as we wished and we felt like we were second class to the privilege level guests there. I will not be returning.

El hotel es realmente excelente teniendo en cuenta la relacion precio-calidad de lo que se busca. Las habitaciones son un punto fuerte, ya que son muy espaciosas, en excelente estado y la limpieza diaria es muy buena. Hay varias piletas para usar, segun sea mas tranquila, o para divertirse, o para niños. Buena variedad, quizas algo falto de actividades dueante el dia. Los restaurantes son muy buenos, lastima que en algunos se reserva y en otros no, es un poco molesto tener que ver en cada caso. Fue epoca de sargazo, por lo que la playa se pudo usar poco, pero tratan de limpiar en forma diaria. El punto fuerte es el servicio de todo el personal, realmente excelente y con buena predisposicion, tanto limpieza, bares, restaurantes, todos. Felicitaciones! Punto en contra: la gente que vende el sistema Premium es realmente molesta y llega un momento que no queres escucharlos mas. Busquen otra forma de vender sin molestar a la gente por favor

Check in horrible under staffed…. Locked out of my room on second night they checked us out. Ran out of washcloths will only let you dine at one restaurant one time all week. Housekeeping was lacking in many areas. Lastly I arranged pickup on check out to assist with my luggage. No show called front desk bellhop and office no answer. Pouring rain I need to say no more as lobby is way in front of resort. This was my 5th visit and every time I gave them another chance but this time was the worst. Tried for a refund unsuccessful was offered nothing for compensation accepted a chefs dinner which was tasteless. Will take a free trip to make up for shortcomings as they are not on my list as I frequent Cancun at least twice a year.

We had a wonderful experience at H10 Cancun! The resort is clean, modern, and perfectly located on a stunning beachfront. Our room was spacious, with a beautiful ocean view, comfortable bed, and a great rain shower. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The food was great — a mix of buffet and à la carte restaurants, and we especially enjoyed the Mexican and Asian options. Drinks were strong, service was quick, and the beach bar was a nice bonus. The main infinity pool has amazing views and a great atmosphere, and there's also a quieter adult-only section if you want to relax. What really stood out was the service — and we want to give a special shout-out to Manuel, who went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay. Whether it was restaurant recommendations, activity info, or just checking in to make sure we were doing okay, he made our trip extra special. Thank you, Manuel!

Overall good property and options. Little disappointed about kid options: water park is very small and feasible for older kids, bowling/arcades for extra charge. I would say descent property with options. The thing that stand is stand out for me is the amount of animals on the property which I truly enjoyed.

The rooms were clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. The housekeeping staff, Route 66, and the Café staff were terrific. We did not go to the beach because of the seaweed. There are many restaurants, but booking a reservation is quite inconvenient. We visited Route 66 twice, and the buffet offered a wide variety of food options. Unfortunately, we were hit with a stomach bug on our second day, so we didn't get to try many of the foods. The worst part was being consistently approached by promoters of various tours and services throughout the resort. They were coming to the pool, they were in the lobby, they were outside the buffet, and they were leaving pamphlets outside the rooms.
