Rafael was an absolute gem, going above and beyond to make our stay extra special. Javier’s amazing energy brought smiles all around — he’s such a bright spirit! Even the ride to our room felt too short because the experience was that enjoyable. I’ve stayed here many times, and every time I’m reminded that it’s the people and the warmth that make this resort stand out. Can’t wait to return!

Very nice and relaxing getaway for my boyfriend and I. Only downfall is the beach - the seaweed and ocean water conditions were unswimmable. But resort, is beautiful, great options for dinner and food. Very clean and professional friendly staff. Id definitely come again!

Lovely decor with a clean modern aesthetic. Maybe reconsider the dress code for the restaurants (do we always need the long pants for men etc) and have more than one restaurant open for lunch.

They have disregard for the customer. I’ve spent over $200 against mosquitoes and I still got beaten they’ve thrown my stuff by mistake from the room and they never replaced them and some people are pure rude

The food wasn’t great very bland or over all not tasty, the pool events were boring and dj playlist were outdated. Recommended to invest in darker chair covers, the white ones are very stained and unappealing. Room service was horrid, the pizza might as well be a pita bread pizza to sell the part, the burger must have been everything but beef.

Booked this room for friends. Housekeeping was great, except they didn't leave clean wash cloths for 3 days. Called a couple times to the front desk ..none were delivered. The phone in the room didn't work, so I had to call from my room. Mosquitos were TERRIBLE!! Food was great. Many gluten free options for one of my friends. Staff was great.

The rooms were clean, there were some issues with humidity and some mold in some places but overall it was good in the atmosphere we were in. The entire place was nice and everyone was friendly for sure. We are considering to come back again.

I enjoyed my stay. The food was good and I am thankful I was always able to find vegan options at the buffet. The staff was very kind. The walkways around the rooms in building 3 that I was in could have been kept nicer. There was quite a bit of debris and some animal feces. The “party pool” will definitely give you some great music and entertainment, but be prepared to see ‘it all’. Besides that, overall it was beautiful and I am one to enjoy a different resort each time I travel, but would highly recommend for an adults only resort.

It was a nice experience and also they have various activites to engage the guests.. there kept us engaged so thay we dont have to go out of the resort. The food was good the buffet and the a la carte too. What i didnt like was the front desk responses at occations .. like we asked for 2 rooms side by side but they gave opposite and also when asked they couldnt help us and also as our flight was at 7 pm so we asked for an extra 1 hr stay to accommodate the time but they said they would charge extra days fee....

We tried several days to make reservations for restaurants but was directed that that was not allowed later showing up for dinner being told that there was no available seating for a party of five spoke to the manager and was redirected to a totally different restaurant we were not accommodated for The inconvenience and was told that there was nothing that anyone could do. My friend went to bed on her birthday in tears.
