This resort is amazing. It has lots of entertainments that families can enjoy. It has huge pools and waterslides . The lazy river is fun for those wanting chill time at the water. Apparently, we were assigned in a room for expedia vip, which is huge, comfortable and clean. There's housekeeper coming everyday to clean, change beddings and refill towels, soap, etc. There's also another staff coming to give us bottled water and refill mini bar. My main concern is the food. I didn't enjoy the food at the international buffet. Typically, everyday you see the same menu. Guests have options to make reservations at their restaurants but impossible to make one as it's always fully booked or close. Thankfully, I am an expedia vip and apparently they give priority to this group and all I had to do was to send a text message to this expedia personnel and he'll make all the arrangments. He had made our stay in this hotel quite easy, memorable and enjoyable. Without him, my family wouldn't experience dinner everynight at different restaurants as well as the free bowling that we enjoyed. Another major concern is guest service staff trying to confuse you with "free massage or free cabana" and eventually will talk to you abiut becoming prime club member. The confusion is, you approach them for questions and for help but will start speak to you about prime club membership. Yes, so guest service staff were not helpful at all to guests.
