We stayed there for 7 nights in a 2 bedroom suite. Everything was perfect. The apartment was sparkling clean with a gorgeous view. The pools are amazing! The property is walking distance from everything on 5th street. There was a lot of seaweed in the ocean so we mostly used the pool and rented a car to visit the ruins. The hotel assisted us with renting the vehicle which was reasonable and delivered to the property in an hour. Highly recommend this hotel! Thank you

The room is modern and spacious (two bedroom) with kitchen dining area and sofa with big screen tv. It is walking distance to shops and restaurants near the beach. The rooftop pools (2) and bar are great. Sometimes didn’t get hot water to shower and AC went out a little bit. For the most part a good stay.

The property was very nice and, the staff was helpful. Our room was clean and well equipped. The only issue was the water pressure and temperature in the shower. Hot water took a while to come out, then it was extremely hot then suddenly cold. That was the only issue we had.

It was nice and relaxing, great pool/lunge area. Generous room sizes. Toiletries was pretty minimal. Runout of shampoo, soaps, was not replaced. No hot water in the shower, but does not bother me that much because of the nice hot weather.

This place was a hidden gem. It wasn’t on the water but had a fabulous rooftop pool. Each of the condos is nice and slightly different. We loved walking to all the cool restaurants nearby.

I wish I could give five stars. The staff is incredible and always ready to help. The rooms are mostly good. But the water temp in the shower was never constant. One shower never had hot water. Also - hotel is under construction. So if you're in a room near the work, prepare for construction noise starting at 8 am and lasting until 6 pm, despite staff saying it's not supposed to start until 10 am. The price and location are great. Just wish they'd disclose the construction and fix water temp issues.

Excelente lugar para hospedarse si lo que buscas es un lugar céntrico y tranquilo, lo suficientemente cerca de lo que necesitas y lejos del ruido de la noche. El chico que nos atendió al check in fue amable y nos hizo rápido el registro, muy atento el habernos acompañado hasta la habitación y mostrarnos como funcionaba todo. El cuarto es amplio y muy limpio. La alberca es muy grande y la terraza tiene una vista hermosa del mar. Tiene un restaurante, que a mi parecer, el precio es muy accesible y la comida es buena. La mesera que nos atendió en el desayuno fue muy amable y atiende rápido. El check out de igual manera fue muy rápido, solo entregamos las toallas y la llave y estuvimos listos para irnos. Sí lo recomiendo y volvería a venir.

Cuando llegamos a la habitación no había papel de baño, tampoco shampoo, había un acondicionador usado en la recámara. No había agua caliente para bañarnos y la cafetera estaba sucia del recipiente de cristal. La limpieza dejaba mucho que desear y tampoco en recepción pudieron proporcionarnos papel de baño. La alarma de humo se descargó por la madrugada y decidimos desactivarla, la dejamos en el mueble de la tv del cuarto.
