me gusta el hotel , pero los empleados NO RESPETAN a los huspedes , Gritando por los pasillos desde las 5 am cuando uno lo que quiere es descanzar .super rudo !!!!!!!!! Had a great stay at this centrally located, secure property which provided easy access to the beach, shopping, ADO station, etc. Did many extensions resulting in a 3 week stay. The apt was comfortable and had a nice balcony. the kitchenette came in quite handy for preparing meals and making tropical fruit smoothies. Definitely a gem. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for the most part. The pool was extremely dirty the day we arrived, and closed completely the next day but when they reopened it was sparkly clean and fantastic! We didn’t have a working shower for the 10 days we were there or a working toilet, and I know that sounds bad lol, but they have other showers and toilets in the building. We are SUPER casual travellers. Mexico has its issues and we understand that completely. The only real complaint I had was the kitchen supplies. I purchased a pot to cook in as they only had fying pans, but no big deal, coffee cups were too small. But all in all it was a lovely property. The staff was friendly but not overly. I would definitely go back. The price of the Expedia package was just too good to be true! So I had mentally prepared myself for “you get what you paid for” and was actually quite pleased.

Es seguro caminar en alrededores, tranquilo para dormir, cocineta funcional, sin lavadora, alberca agradable. Recomendaría poner más sombra y mejorar el área de ejercicio (TRX) o proporcionar ligas. No hay estacionamiento y está en el área de parquímetro. El WC de la 410 estaba tapado, lo destaparon y se volvió a tapar, comentaron que tenía unos días fallando.

Las sábanas huelen mal. Les falta control en la gestión de los cuarto en uso, me tocó que a alguien más le asignaron la llave del cuarto en el que me estaba quedando, afortunadamente sólo abrieron la puerta y vieron que ya estaba ocupado, después de eso a mí se me bloqueó la llave y tuve que ir a que me dieran acceso de nuevo a mi cuarto. En general fue mala experiencia de mi parte.
