“This spot is so adorable and the perfect space for a couple. Unfortunately, the bed was concaved in and was not good for our backs. On top of that, the windows are paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING. As a light sleeper I would not return. ”

“Property very nice, however overall experience poor. Host was unaccommodating and difficult to reach. Advertised incorrectly. Booked because of hot tub which we could not use the first two nights we were there because she said the pool guy had to heat it up. The other couple used it earlier that day. Had no idea we would be sharing with another couple and that host lived there. The other couple also thought the same. They had to enter our room to get to their bedroom because no expectation was……

“Perfect location, clean apartment and wonderful host. The bed was very comfortable and parking was secure. Would stay here again!”

“The unit itself is incredibly nice. Clean, large bathroom, small dining table and overall ample space for 2 people. The location is amazing — felt safe walking back at night, walking distance to a lot of food options and even a target. Would definitely rent again!”

“This is a 10 out of 10 property. The location was perfect for me. Loved having the grocery store right there. The apartment was so nice, comfortable and cosy. It was just a bit chilly, so I enjoyed the fireplace in the evenings. The apartment was a good size and I didn’t feel cramped at all. I know everyone has their own opinion about beds but for me the bed was very comfortable. I had long days and the tub was wonderful to soak in. I would highly recommend this property and for sure would……

“Loved the property! It felt like a home away from home. Small, but just right. Lovely interior along with a lots of small things to offer! Such as the shopping, food and free k-cups for coffee which saved some money every morning ;) When planning my next trip to Santa Monica, I’ll be sure to make sure your place is available for stay prior to anything else.
