“Location is convenient, many shops and restaurants are nearby. The parking is a problem, and not easy to access the hotel by car. Although hotel provided the valet parking service, but we arrived on Friday evening, it’s very impossible to enter the crowded streets. And we have to park at a garage which was about 1km away from the hotel.”

“breakfast is very limited. No sound insulation. can hear human talking very clear from street, corridor, etc. cannot sleep well. ”

“Hôtel cher mais extraordinaire par la vue qu'il offre sur l'Alhambra. C'est magique et envoûtant. Le personnel est très agréable. L'agencement et la décoration de la chambre parfaite. Accès privé à la chambre et grande terrasse confortable. Deux points pourraient être améliorés : - les petits déjeuners sont préparés par une cuisine en terrasse et les assiettes chargées de mets délicieux arrivent (début février) sur des assiettes très froides. C'est dommage car leurs contenus sont rapidement……

“Very warm and helpful staff. Breakfast is simple but just fit. It is a bit difficult to drive there but the hotel provided detailed route.”

“The location is perfect, just next to the catedral and close to restaurants. The room is lovely and clean. The only concern is that there's a bar downstairs, which opens until 2 am. You can hear people talk and laugh and shout clearly.”

“The room we got did not meet our expectation from the photos presented for the specific room type we booked. It has a weird layout, and bad smell came out from the ventilation whenever we flush the toilet. On the pro side, the water in shower is hot and sufficient, rooms are clean, and the staffs are friendly and helpfu.”

“Stay 2 nights in a room with a sofa bed and have a super large terrace. There’s a mini balcony in front side. Clean and spacious. Communication by email and response promptly. Including washing machine and dishwasher. ”
