“The hotel is beautiful, but it is a little misleading to call it an airport hotel since it is 1.5 hours from the airport. The dinner was excellent. The breakfast could have been excellent because it had all of the right things and was very attractive, however EVERYTHING, (eggs, sausage, and pancake pancakes) was cold, including the coffee. They did manage to get me 2 cups of hot coffee from behind the bar, but cold coffee is a non-starter.”

“We had a lovely stay at the Isabella by Viadora. We rented the "Exclusive Apartment" (3 bedroom, 3 bath) for two weeks over the summer and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The apartment was even better than advertised (which almost never happens!) and we were so happy with our decision to rent there. We've stayed in Polanco previously at a major hotel, and it was so nice to have a boutique experience with all of the major amenities of a hotel. The location in central Polanco……
