“Wonderful short stay at Barnet House. Easy check-in with a code upon entry system. The unit had a full kitchen with high quality, brand new amenities including pots and pans, coffee maker, utensils and nice ceramics too. The unit would be have been even better if there was a least one shelf to put away groceries and a place to hang clothes or jackets, even a few hooks on the wall would make a huge difference if we wanted to stay longer than a few nights. “Large group of us stayed here for a friend’s stag do and we all had a brilliant time. The villa was nice with plenty of room for everyone, the beds were comfortable, the garden was massive and the hot tub was amazing. The location was also spot on with loads of places to eat and drink in the town centre. There was also the option of going into Glasgow as the train station was only a short walk from the villa. Chris and Frances were excellent hosts and were always around if we needed anything. I……

“The cottage was amazing, everything we needed and more for a quiet weekend away as a family. The setting was beautiful. The cottage is situated on the site of a wedding venue but it is far enough away to not be disturbed or us not to infringe on the wedding celebrations taking place. A gem of a property that allowed us to just chill. We would love to return in the future.”

“This place was amazing. It was a bit away from everything but the space was lovely, the beds were comfortable and the showers were hot! It was our own apartment which was perfect for relaxing after our day of traveling. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!”

“The listing said there was a playground on site and there was no playground. This was the main reason I choose this place. The front step was broken, so almost tripped a few times. There were no garbage bags and on 1/10 of a roll of toilet paper (not enough for 4 days). When I called they said they’d bring some out and they never did. It smelled. The temperature in the shower when from cold to hot fast. Beds were not comfortable. ”
