“We have stayed at the Zermatt numerous times. This time I stayed in a privately owned kind chalet through VRBO. It was very clean. The bed was terribly hard and obviously old. The pillows didn’t match in size and were very flat. The pillows were so bad my husband had to sleep on the extra blanket from the closet. “Very nice property and location. It is small, but we expected that from the description. The small bedrooms do not have doors and not much privacy, but that wasn’t an issue for us.
