“Location can’t be beat. Around the property I felt unsafe. Apartment itself is okay, clean-ish, spacious, for the price it’s alright. Needs some repairs. Close to UAB which is what I needed. Host was very responsive. Wouldn’t stay again unless there wasn’t other options. ”

“I stayed her for orientation and it was very nice and clean. The owner was very kind and communicated with me through this whole process. He was very considerate of all situations. If needed I need to I will definitely stay here again. Theres tvs in all rooms, theres ac in all rooms. Bed is very comfy and had pots, pans, plates, and silverware to use. Overall 10/10 stay.”

“Great location with access to grocery stores, shopping malls, and restaurants nearby and yet in a quiet secluded neighborhood. Very clean property! Would definitely stay again! Called host to extend our stay and she was very accommodating and helpful! ”

“The home was what we needed for our group of 7 guys golfing around Birmingham for a few days. Communication was very prompt and Clint was responsive to keypad code issue and other questions. Only issue was the inconsistent wifi that never got truly figured out, but the owners did send someone out to try for a fix”

“House worked great for our golf group. Conveniently located and nicely furnished. Only two comments are that the golf simulator is in the garage as opposed to in the house which is how it shows on the posting and we couldn't find any sand/sawdust to be able to use the bar/table shuffleboard. Would recommend and rent again. Enjoy.”

“The location for this property isn’t the greatest, parking is horrible no designated park there is a parking garage in the back but smells like pee lol but once you actually get inside for this listing it will make you forget all about everything is the property is so beautiful and cozy”
