“This spot was amazing! Right across from state park, on a couple hikes I walked there from the property, super easy. There’s even an Italian restaurant next door for a 30 second walk for dinner. And everything else is only 15 minutes or less drive, including creekside brewery, restaurants downtown and of course Buc-ee’s! “This place was amazing. Big enough for a family of 8 adults and 4 kids. Enough room for everyone to have their own space. The house was clean, the owners are easy to reach and respond immediately to any questions. The house is in the woods and the surrounding area is gorgeous. I highly recommend for any large family. “Clean. Friendly hosts. Beds were typical rental comfort... never as good as home, but better than some others I have stayed in. There was an oscillating fan in only one of the two rooms, so we both ended up staying in there given that it got a little warm upstairs for us when sleeping. It had a remote feeling and views including a morning fox sighting and daily evening fireflies. But it didn't take long to get to town. And the location was convenient for the multiple state parks that we visited.……

“We visited Rock Island and Fall Creek Falls State Parks while staying. Cabin was nice. We are tall, so the bathroom was a little small for us. Would stay again at the cabin. Everything we needed was available to us for cooking. Even a few snacks were left for us.”

“Breathtaking location. We spent one night here and we loved it. The linens were clean, they had sausage, eggs, water a few other items. Lots of fire wood if you wanted a fire, a fenced in area for your dog and also left chews for our dog. The owners communicated well and the location was easy to find. We would like to stay here again if we come.back to this area. . ”

“The cabins are amazing! The layout is perfect and really enjoyed the porch. I would suggest a TV and full length mirror in bedroom. But other than that we will be back. ”
