“This property was amazing. Surrounded by water on almost 3 sides. Has every kitchen appliance you could ever need. Also has a game room and there are puzzles and games all over the house. We will be staying here again!!”

“Easy to access, in a quiet neighborhood. Place was clean, had plenty of sleeping spaces. Enough toys to keep a 5 and 3 year old occupied when we weren't running around town. ”

“This property was absolutely amazing! Very comfortable with plenty of space for our large extended family to spread out - both inside and outside. We loved the beautiful sunsets over spirit mountain, well equipped outdoor space with paddle boards, kayaks, and fishing equipment, proximity Billings park , plenty of chairs for around the fire and grill etc. The indoor pool and game areas were such a treat. The property managers were extremely responsive and promptly addressed and questions or……

“Overall the stay here was amazing. Some of our favorite parts of this house was the location of it, having plumbing, and the weather. We stayed at the cabin for a couple of days and enjoyed the views and going out on the kayaks. I’ve been up to the north before and never stayed at a place that had plumbing. The weather was highs of 75 while back home in KC it was in the 90’s. It was clean and had everything we needed to cook meals and enjoy the outdoors. If you’re looking for a great spot to……

“It was nice to find a place to stay so that we could spend time with our kids and their spouses in beautiful Duluth! My husband has a rare early onset neurodegenerative disease and is wheelchair bound now, this place was able to accommodate his needs. We also got to bring our dogs, they are an important part of our family. Very beautiful place with a nice view of the St Louis River. ”

“This was perfect for our family of 6. Kitchen was equipped and the beds were comfortable. They had both a k-cup machine and regular coffee maker and pods and coffee and tea stocked. It was very clean. They also didn’t require any crazy cleaning/laundry requirements at check out, so it was easy to check out fast. The neighborhood was quiet and it is a short distance to campus and to restaurants and Walmart. We would stay again next time we are visiting UW-Superior. ”

An older but well appointed home sits directly over the bridge in a residential area but far enough to avoid a lot of passer by traffic.
