“We very much enjoyed our stay in Kathy's cottage. The location was perfect, we could see the river right from the yard, and the property is within easy walking distance to restaurants, the shops, the riverside parks and the boat museum. The property is clean and nicely appointed. The furnishings were charming and we enjoyed the porch with the umbrella table. The kitchen is stocked with the necessary utensils, dishes and pots. Kathy is a warm and welcoming host who gave us our privacy. We……

“We had a 2 night stay at this property. The riverside deck is amazing. Overall it met our needs, but any longer would have been hard. First concern: Laundry. For 400 a night, there really should be an electric washer and electric dryer at this property. I say electric since the dryer listed on the comp is literally a wooden folding clothing rack in front of a heating vent- 😳😳 Second concern: The master bed is not level. This makes sleeping hard Third concern: Lighting is needed for the stairs……

“Lovely new cottage tucked away in a quiet bay. You will need to have a boat or rent one to get there. The bay is shallow so communicate with the owner first if you have a larger boat. The property was super clean and very welcoming. There is a marina 5 minutes from the cottage that you can rent a pontoon boat from and you are only a few minutes from town. Definitely a place we would go again. ”

“We have been vacationing in the St. Lawrence for years, this was by far the best choice we’ve made in accommodations, not too rustic, but still with a lovely cabiny charm. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Peggy was a pleasure to deal with. The home was cozy and comfortable and had everything I needed to cook meals and relax. Can’t beat the scenery and nature around us. We loved every minute. Couldn’t use dock as water was too low but we had no issues launching at Chippewa bay, it was super close……
