“Very nice staff”

“Talk about going above and beyond with making their guests happy. I had a 12 night stay in Europe while visiting Poland and The Balkins. I stayed at some nice places and met some really nice people but this hotel by far had the most pleasant staff ever. Jovaha, at the front desk, has to be the most pleasant receptionist ever! She made my entire experience worry free. From parking my car to local suggestions to pretty much everything. She is such a sweet gem and Igor who oversaw the breakfast……

“This hotel is incredible . Although it looks big on the outside, there is only 20 rooms (the rest I believe are the family’s private apartments). There isn’t loads of parking under the hotel but we never had any issues in the underground car park. Staff were brilliant, so friendly and they genuinely couldn’t do enough to help. In fact, they left us a lovely box of chocolates and a room upgrade so we had a balcony after contacting them about our belated anniversary. Breakfast was lovely,……

“This is a wonderful family owned and operated hotel. I really enjoyed my time here and Igor (the owner) and his family made me feel right at home with their amazing hospitality. Great location, just a short 5 minute walk to the beach! I will definitely be staying here again next time I am in Budva!”

“Great room. Comfortable bed. Resort facilities were excellent. Breakfast was generous and tasty, with plenty of healthy options. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping team were excellent. Very pleasant walk to Budva seafront and old town. Dukley Seafront restaurant was excellent, with great seafood. Downsides were - the private beach was only okay, expensive and ‘packages’ were explained poorly….they need to decide if they’re a unified/single resort or several separate hotels.……
