Located in Kerroch, this charming little fisherman's house gives you quick access (100 m) to the small port and the beach offering all the pleasures of the seaside for the whole family. With its 2 bedrooms, it is ideal for enjoying the Breton air with family or friends.

This old fisherman's house, completely renovated, offers the following services:
 - 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds including a drawer bed)
 - 1 bathroom with 1 shower 1 WC and a sink
 - WC upstairs
 - fully equipped kitchen
 - living room with 1 sofa
 - 1 TV and 1 washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, iron and ironing board

Outside the house, parking is available, and a patio courtyard allows you to enjoy its garden furniture and barbecue. Close to the village center, you will have access to a bakery, a butcher, a newsagent, cafes and restaurants, as well as a doctor and a pharmacy. You will be 2 km from a supermarket for shopping.

Que du bonheur

ravissante petite maison a deux pas de la mer.le logement est décoré avec gout et très propre: on se sent comme à la maison.Attention toutefois aux escaliers: ils sont très raides et les marches étroites donc il faut faire attention surtout à la descente ! Nous n'y avons passé que 3 nuits mais y retournerons avec plaisir .

Belle décoration et cuisine bien équipée.Un peu plus d'espaces pour ranger les courses ou les vétements serait appréciable.Plusieurs place de parking juste en face, mais souvent prisent, heureusement il en existe d'autre à proximité (attention le week-end ou en haute saison).

Sur la route de Groix

Sympathique petite maisonnette dans laquelle nous avons passé 2 nuits à l'occasion d'une journée le samedi sur l'Ile de Groix. Pas de chichis mais juste les prestations qu'il faut pour un agréable séjour de courte durée à 4 (idéalement 2 couples maximums)...Le littoral environnant est magnifique et appelle aux balades et à la détente en plein air !... Dont nous avons pu pleinement profiter grâce au beau temps qui a sublimer notre séjour.Merci à notre hôte Isabelle pour cette belle opportunité !

Wunderschönes kleines Häuschen in toller Lage

Wir haben sehr entspannte und erholsame Tage in der Bretagne verbracht. In dem Ferienhäuschen haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Vermieterin ist sehr sympathisch und freundlich, Checkin und Checkout sehr unkompliziert. Die Lage ist toll, man ist gleich am Meer, Spazierwege an der Küste, Strände aller Art in Lauf- und kurzer Fahrnähe. Ein toller Urlaub!

Séjour agréable

Belle, petite maison de pêcheur, bien agencé et superbement bien placé dans le village de Kerroc'h. Pour une famille de 3 personnes et un chien, ils nous a manqué peut être des places de rangements pour les vêtements et dans la salle de bain pour 15 jours de vacances. D Si nous décidions de revenir en Bretagne, serions ravi en tout cas de refaire ce séjour ici.

Nous avons apprécié cette petite maison fonctionnelle et joliment décorée dans le style 'bord de mer'. Elle est située dans un quartier très calme et très proche de la côte. Echanges agréables avec la propriétaire. Cette dernière a préparé un livret d'accueil exhaustif sur toutes les activités à faire aux alentours !
