“Das Hotel hat eine angenehme Größe zum verweilen. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Alles ist sehr sauber. Der Parkplatz hat eine angenehme Breite und wird sehr aufmerksam bewacht. Das Frühstück ist sehr ansprechend. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Der Weg zur Altstadt ist ebenfalls in abgenehmer Nähe.”

“All the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel's owner, Konstantin Kostov, was particularly impressive. Always there, it seemed, and he also gave an excellent talk about the Roman baths underneath the hotel. Whatever I asked of him, he always went the extra yard. Any criticism? I had to work hard to come up with one: the fridge in my room was not cold enough!”

“This is the most beautiful old hotel right in the old city. I had a little trouble finding it as you have to pass through the barriers to get access to the old city. Looking at Google maps, I mistakenly thought access was on the main road. Hristo, the owner, had registered my car details so I was waved through the barrier with no problem. I arrived 15 minutes after the receptionist was supposed to leave but she waited for me. They've gone to a lot of effort to reflect the character of the old……

“Allt var bra, men inte madrassen som var väldigt dålig. Jag var tvungen att ta bort madrassen från sängen för att kunna sova. Sovrummet och badrummet var rena och välstädade. Kvinnan i receptionen var väldigt trevlig. Hotellet saknar hiss, så tänk på det innan ni bokar detta hotell. Jag rekommenderar detta hotell. ”

“Absolutely wonderful hotel. Morden, a lot of natural light, very good restaurant right next to the hotel. Breakfast is fantastic. Stuff is nice, respectful and helpful. Beds are comfy, mattress are firm. This hotel is truly great!”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Hello Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, who were incredibly friendly and professional. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety, and the eating area was clean and comfortable. The only downside was that the floor in our room was a bit dirty, which was unfortunate with our baby crawling around. Still, overall it was a great stay, and the hospitality really stood out.”

“I enjoyed the my room in the these quaint historic hotel with atmosphere. My bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. I especially enjoyed sitting out in the back patio and garden. It is a wonderful location in old town Plovdiv and a quick few minutes to the bustling Kapana area with shops and restaurants ”
