“Wonderful property on the lake with tons of stuff to do nearby if you like hiking, kayaking, boating, fishing, etc. We even visited the zoo and Topgolf in Little Rock. The house was exactly as described with tons of extras. The hot tub and zip line were nice, too! Thanks for a lovely trip.”

“This house was everything and more for my family over the holidays! We had two young kids (both mobile but under 2) and the large living room was *perfect* for them to play all week. The bedrooms are a great size and beds are very comfortable. You can’t imagine how big the kitchen is! (And it was so well stocked - you won’t randomly run out of forks or anything like that!) The location was nice in that you’re not right on top of other neighbors - so quiet and peaceful! A nice little fenced area……

“This felt like a vacation home, instead of a rental property. The house was very well stocked with little extras that showed the owner uses this house too. For example, binoculars(4 pair), kayaks, life jackets, reference books for local wildlife and insects, plenty of extra household supplies on hand(toilet paper, towels, pillows, etc.) Great place to stay.”

“From check in to check out everything was perfect.Communication with the host was effortless. It is situated in a old neighborhood in Morrilton and I felt very safe to walk my dog while enjoying looking at all the very beautiful and old homes in the neighborhood. This home is completely updated and every detail was thought of. The house is beautifully decorated and VERY CLEAN. It is a NON SMOKING PROPERTY which for us was great. AAA quality from host to property.We will definitely be booking……

“We have a 4 family group of closeknit neighbor/friends.8 adults & 9 kids ranging from age 2-13. This house was PERFECT! We rented both the main & guest houses so everyone had both the privacy they needed, plus the option for all the kids to do things sleepover style! The grounds were absolutely AMAZING, perfect for kids to run and climb around, they performed a talentshow on the “stage”. (we weren’t there the time of year to utilize the pool.) within a few minute drive we could all be at the……
