“The condo was very clean. we walked down to the lake and to the town from the condo. The scenery and facility was very pretty! We drove into Meridith and did some shopping …what a cute little town with everything! Great help from the hosts with some instructions on the tv! “The unit was very nice - clean, well furnished with plenty of room. Wish the weather had been a little nicer, but it's spring! The unit is on the ground floor so we found the floors to be extremely cold. Some area rugs might be a nice touch! There are no outlets in the bathrooms, so that was a little inconvenient. Overall, we enjoyed our time in Laconia and the accommodations were fine. ”

“Everything went fine. The check-in process was totally on me. And the only thing was I took it as it was a 2 bedroom, which it ended up being totally fine. I guess if need be the couch pulled out. But it ended up just being 2 of us staying there, so it was all perfect, thanks so much.”

“Great location just a few yards from downtown Meredith. Walk to everything. Lakefront view. We stayed in the upper 2/1. Pros: well kept old house with screened in upper front porch overlooking Meredith bay. Water pressure and hot water were fantastic. Furniture was modern and comfortable. Basement access for washers and driers ($1 but he has a working change machine!) Modern appliances. Cons: stairs would be difficult for someone with mobility issues. Both my wife and I are over 65 and had no……

“Great location, cozy condo that served us perfectly. About a half mile to the beach with brewery and ice cream restaurant right around the corner and walkable distance. Had a great four day day.”

“Spacious 1 bedroom condo, very comfortable Queen beds and sofa bed. Beautifully renovated kitchen, family room and bedroom. Bathrooms still need updating (but there were no issues) and it was nice to have 2 full bathrooms. Cannot beat the stunning views!”
