Our neighbors are starting a remodel of their house. Phase 1 is the removal of trees and the installation of a septic tank during the spring and summer of 2025. Phase 2 is the demolition of the old home starting September 2025. The construction of the new home will start in the fall of 2025. I do not know the completion date. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. The 134-acre lake is managed as a catchable trout pond and is annually stocked in the spring and fall with Brook, Brown, and Rainbow trout. Just 15 minutes from Cape Cod and historic Plymouth and only 45 minutes from Boston and Providence, a myriad of activities await you and your family.
