“This review is for the one bedroom, water front cottage (sister property). The cottage was very clean and beautifully decorated. I rely enjoyed the SMEG fridge and tea pot! Kellie was such a gracious host. The property is on a working boat yard so there will be people in and out. We were not bothered by this at all. Everyone was very friendly and non intrusive. A perk of this property is enjoying the barn view of the water with comfortable outdoor seating. Ate at a local restaurant “Cast” and……

“Great parts.1. Full stocked2. Great location3. Quaint and cozy4. Very good customer service( they didn't leave the beach pass but did a great job sending a pic and communicating) Bad parts1. Great yard but it was not mowed2. No grill ( they do have a charcoal grill they said but who want to deal with that for 3 days. Get a gas grill please)3. Lights upstairs were on different switches and you could nor turn the light off and keep the fan on.”
